Where does Spacept come in?

Regular inspection of lights over essential infrastructure like streets, roadways, and railways is an important safety measure that can potentially save lives. Traditional inspection is commonly performed manually on-site and in the daytime by testing lights one at a time. This requires specially trained personnel and a lot of time for transit and the operation itself.

Maintenance companies are often forced to rely on citizens to report defective lights while simultaneously putting them at risk. Spacept leverages nighttime satellite images together with our custom-built change detection algorithm to automatically alert you when and where a light is out.
